How to send calls with the API

Questions about the Objectionly API

Can I send calls to Objectionly from my own software?
Yes. With your workspace API key, your dialer or conference software can send each call as an audio or video file, a link to one, or a transcript.
What does each API call need?
A title, the rep's email and the call date. The rep's name, the call's length, a description and up to 10 attendees are optional.
Can I send calls from before I started?
Yes. Each call carries its own date, so your system can send earlier calls the same way.
How do I avoid sending the same call twice?
Send your own ID for the call with each request. A call Objectionly already has under that ID is not created again.
Is every one of my calls scored?
They go through your workspace's import filters first. By default, calls of 3 minutes or less are skipped, and you can choose to import only calls from reps you have added.
