How to connect Fathom to Objectionly

1. 1Create a new API key in Fathom.
2. 2In Objectionly, open Integrations, choose Fathom, paste the key and click "Connect".
3. 3New recordings, your own and those shared with your team, now sync on their own.
4. 4To bring in past meetings, click "Import Previous Meetings" and pick the ones you want.

How do I review Fathom calls with Objectionly?

Create an API key in Fathom and paste it into Objectionly's Integrations page. New recordings then arrive on their own and are scored against your own script.

Which Fathom recordings sync on their own?

Recordings made by the person whose API key is connected, and recordings shared with their team.

Can I import Fathom meetings from before I connected?

Yes. Once connected, Import Previous Meetings lists your 40 most recent Fathom meetings. Search them, filter by who recorded them, and pick the ones to bring in.

Does Objectionly use Fathom's video or its transcript?

The recording first. Fathom's transcript is used when the recording cannot be imported.

How are Fathom meetings matched to my agents?

By the email address of the person who recorded the meeting in Fathom.

Is every one of my Fathom recordings scored?

They go through your workspace's import filters first. By default, calls of 3 minutes or less are skipped, and you can choose to import only calls from reps you have added.
