How do I review LeadConnector calls with Objectionly?
Connect your LeadConnector location from the Integrations page in Objectionly. After that, completed call recordings arrive on their own and are scored against your own script, with nothing for your agents to do.
Which LeadConnector calls are imported?
Completed phone calls that were recorded, both inbound and outbound. Your workspace's import filters still apply: by default, calls of 3 minutes or less are skipped, and you can choose to import only calls from reps you have added.
Does it import LeadConnector calls from before I connected?
No. Calls sync from the moment you connect.
How are LeadConnector calls matched to my agents?
Objectionly looks up the LeadConnector user who was on the call and files the call under that user's name and email. If the call has no user, or the user has no email, it is filed under a placeholder rep for that phone number instead.
