How to connect Fireflies.ai to Objectionly

  1. 1Get your API key from Fireflies (API settings, under Developer Settings). In Objectionly, open Integrations, choose Fireflies.ai, paste the key and click "Connect".
  2. 2Click "Import our Zapier template". Zapier opens with the Fireflies trigger and the Objectionly action already set up.
  3. 3Copy your workspace API key from the same panel and paste it into the Objectionly step in Zapier.
  4. 4Publish the Zap, then run a test call through Fireflies. It appears in Calls once processed.
  5. 5Set up one Zap for each rep. Fireflies does not let a single account receive all published meetings.

To bring in past meetings, click "Import Previous Meetings", filter by rep and pick the ones you want.

How do I review Fireflies.ai calls with Objectionly?

Can I import Fireflies meetings from before I connected?
Yes. Once your API key is connected, Import Previous Meetings lists meetings from your account and your team members. Search them, filter by rep and pick the ones to bring in.
Why do I need one Fireflies Zap for each rep?
Fireflies does not let a single account receive all published meetings, so each rep's meetings come through their own Zap.
How are Fireflies meetings matched to my agents?
By the email address of the meeting's organizer.
Is every one of my Fireflies.ai meetings scored?
They go through your workspace's import filters first. By default, calls of 3 minutes or less are skipped, and you can choose to import only calls from reps you have added.
