Review and score your ThreeSixty calls with Objectionly

ThreeSixty is built on LeadConnector, so Objectionly supports it through its LeadConnector integration. Connecting LeadConnector links your ThreeSixty account, with nothing separate to set up.

Questions about ThreeSixty and Objectionly

How do I review ThreeSixty calls with Objectionly?
Connect ThreeSixty from the Integrations page in Objectionly. It runs through the LeadConnector integration, so you sign in with your ThreeSixty login on a LeadConnector page. After that, completed call recordings arrive on their own and are scored against your own script.
Why does connecting ThreeSixty show a LeadConnector sign-in page?
ThreeSixty is built on LeadConnector, so that is where the sign-in happens. Use the email and password you use for ThreeSixty.
Does it import ThreeSixty calls from before I connected?
No. Calls sync from the moment you connect.
How are ThreeSixty calls matched to my agents?
Objectionly looks up the ThreeSixty user who was on the call and files the call under that user's name and email. If the call has no user, or the user has no email, it is filed under a placeholder rep for that phone number instead.
Is every one of my ThreeSixty calls scored?
They go through your workspace's import filters first. By default, calls of 3 minutes or less are skipped, and you can choose to import only calls from reps you have added.
