How to connect Onyx to Objectionly

  1. 1In Onyx, open Dev Tools, then Webhooks, and copy the Webhook Signing Secret.
  2. 2In Objectionly, open Integrations, choose Onyx, paste the secret and click "Connect".
  3. 3On the same Onyx Webhooks page, create a webhook endpoint with the URL Objectionly shows you. Set the event type to "Call ended", the payload mode to "Full payload" and the authentication type to "None", and turn it on.
  4. 4Make a test call. Objectionly shows when the first delivery from Onyx arrives.

Does it import Onyx calls from before I connected?
No. Only calls that end after the webhook is in place are imported.
Is every one of my Onyx calls scored?
They go through your workspace's import filters first. By default, calls of 3 minutes or less are skipped, and you can choose to import only calls from reps you have added.
