Send calls to Objectionly from any tool with Zapier

If your dialer or recorder is not listed, Objectionly's app on Zapier can still bring its calls in. Each call your Zap sends, as a recording or a transcript, is ready to be scored against your own script.

What Objectionly does with each call

  • Call Review

Upload your script and get every call scored, with advice for the agent on every question they missed.

  • Compliance

In closed beta, every call is checked against the compliance Rule Set you pick, from the recording disclosure to required disclaimers.

  • AI Roleplay

Agents can roleplay with realistic AI prospects, scored against the same script you use for real calls.

Questions about Zapier and Objectionly

My dialer is not on the list. Can I still use Objectionly?
Yes, if your tool is on Zapier and can pass along a recording or a transcript for each call. A Zap can then send each call to Objectionly. Zapier connects to 8,000+ apps.
What does a Zap need to send to Objectionly?
A title, the rep's email, the call date and either a recording or a transcript. The call's length and a description are optional.
Which tools already have a ready-made Zapier template?
Close CRM, Quo, JustCall, Dialer.io, Otter.ai, PLAUD NotePin and Fireflies.ai each have a template with the trigger and the Objectionly action already set up.
Is every one of my calls scored?
They go through your workspace's import filters first. By default, calls of 3 minutes or less are skipped, and you can choose to import only calls from reps you have added.
